III W ~ ,... <br /> <br />RESOLUT.!ON NO. bO'ltJ <br /> <br />AJJG 18 l)9 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS RECEIVED FOR FURNISHING <br />OF TREES FOR REDWOOD SHORES SUBDIVISIONS NO. 1 AND NO. <br />2: AND, DIRECTING RETURN OF ALL SECURITY DEPOSITS TO <br />BIDDERS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 6047, adopted July <br />28, 1969, the City Clerk called for bids for the furnishing of <br /> <br />trees for Redwood Shores Subdivisions No. 1 and No.2: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received and <br /> <br />filed with the City 'Clerk for the furnishing of said trees:. and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />reject all bids received pursuant to said call and to authorize <br /> <br />and direct the city Clerk ~o return all security deposits re- <br /> <br />ceived: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE : <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Any and all bids received under date of August 12, 1969, <br /> <br />by the City of Redwood City for the furnishing of trees for Redwood <br /> <br />Shores Subdivisions No. 1 and No.2, authorized by Resolution No. <br /> <br />6047, are hereby rejected. <br /> <br />2. The city Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to re- <br /> <br />turn all security deposits received in connection with said bids <br /> <br />to the bidders submitting said bids. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
