Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br />for the above mentioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br />paragraph I hereof, are hereby rejected. <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreementll, by and between the City <br />of Redwood City and Fisk, Firenze and McLean, Inc., for the <br />performanc~ of said work in accordance with the above mentioned <br />plans and specifications, a copy of which agreement is presently <br />on file in the off{ce of the City Clerk to which reference is <br />hereby made for full particulars concerhing the terms and cOnditions <br />thereof. <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Fisk, Firenze <br />McLean, Inc., .is hereby waived. <br />5.
