<br />. <br /> <br />'-HT: em <br /> <br />8/11/69 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL' <br /> <br />R E E. 0 L U T .! 0 N N O. <br /> <br />~tJ~S- <br /> <br />AIJG 11 "J6Y <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR EL <br />CAMINO REAL- JEFFERSON AVENUE WIDENING, CHANNELIZATION, <br />AND TRAFFIC SIGNAL MODIFICATION: AND AUTHORIZING CITY <br />CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the widening, channelization, and <br /> <br />traffic signal modification of El Camino Real at Jefferson <br /> <br />Avenue: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires <br /> <br />to signify its approval thereof and authorize ,the City Clerk to <br /> <br />call for bids for the construction of said improvements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE ; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "El Camino Real and <br /> <br />Jefferson Avenue Widening, Channelization and Traffic Signal <br /> <br />Modification" and those certain specifications entitled "General <br /> <br />Specifications and Special provisions for El Carnino-Jefferson <br />Avenue Widening, Channelization and Traffic Signal Modification", <br /> <br />prepared in the office of the City Engineer and on file in the <br /> <br />office of the city Engineer, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise <br /> <br />for bids for the construction of the abovementioned improvements <br /> <br />in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, said <br /> <br />advertisement to be in the form of that certain "Notice to <br /> <br />Contractors" set forth in the abovementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
