Congdon, III, <br /> <br /> <br />Construction Co., Inc., for the performance of the aforesaid <br /> <br /> <br />work in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions <br /> <br /> <br />of the aforementioned specifications and contract documents, <br /> <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the city <br /> <br /> <br />Clerk, and to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br /> <br />particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of <br /> <br /> <br />George E. Congdon, III, Construction Co., Inc., is hereby <br /> <br /> <br />waived. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Any and all bids received by the city of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />for the aforementioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br /> <br /> <br />paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br /> <br /> <br />5. The City.
