Based on the above, it is concluded that none of the <br />conditions described in Section 15162 of the State CEQA Guidelines <br />calling for preparation of a subsequent EIR have occurred; there <br />is no substantial evidence that new significant environmental <br />impacts may occur as a result of changes in the Project or <br />circumstances surrounding the Project; only minor technical <br />changes or additions are necessary to make the EIR under <br />consideration adequate under State CEQA; the changes to the EIR <br />made by the Addendum do not raise important new issues about the <br />effects on the environment. <br /> <br /> 3. The Project is hereby approved for purposes of filing <br />the Notice described in Paragraph 4. <br /> <br /> 4. The Secretary of this Board is hereby authorized and <br />directed to cause to be filed a Notice of Determination for the <br />above-mentioned Project in accordance with State CEQA, the State <br />CEQA Guidelines and the regulations of the Port of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
