<br /> <br />DES.1m 7/24/69 <br /> <br />....... ..;,.:J...... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />OD; r:.' fit ~"'\1 <br />i\lUII~rl.. <br /> <br />JUL 26 'W <br /> <br />RES 0 L U T 1. 0 N <br /> <br />N O~ <br /> <br />bO.fa <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR REDWOOD CITY <br />GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DIS'rRIC'I' NO. 1-64, RELATING TO <br />l1ARLIN SUBDIVISION NO.2; AND, AUTHORIZING CI'I~ CLERK <br />TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction of certain public <br /> <br />improvements, including streets, water system facilities, san- <br /> <br />itary sewers and storm drainage facilities, and all associated <br /> <br />facilities and appurtenances required for Redwood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64, relating to Marlin Subdivision <br /> <br />No.2; and <br /> <br />m~REAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />call for bids for the construction of said improvements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "Redwood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64, City of Redwood city, California, <br /> <br />Job Title: Marlin Subdivision No.2," and those certain speci- <br /> <br />fications entitled "Specifications, Marlin Subdivision No. 2 <br /> <br />Improvements, 645-4-43, for Redwood City General Improvement <br /> <br />District No. 1-64," prepared by Daniel, Mann, Johnson, & Mendenhallr <br /> <br />and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the construction of the above mentioned <br /> <br />public improvements, in accordance with the plans and specifications <br /> <br />therefor, said advertisement to be in the form of that certain <br /> <br />"Notice to Contractors" set forth in the above mentioned <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
