I ~' /, - DES:lmi17/69 O~tGiNr\L JUl 28 'QIi RESOLUT~ON N O. ro6tf'f RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR RESURFACING OF DESIGNATED STREETS: AND, AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has prepared plans and specifications for the resurfacing of portions of Whipple Avenue, from El Camino Real to Hudson Street: Brewster Avenue, from Elwood Street to Fulton Street: Hopkins Avenue, from El Camino Real to Broadway: Industrial Way, from Whipple Avenue to northerly City Limits: Jefferson Avenue, from Alameda de las Pulgas to Farm Hill Boulevard: Massachusetts Avenue, from Maddux Drive to Alameda de las Pulgas: Vera Avenue, from Iris Street to Grand Street: Redwood Avenue, from Addison Street to Clinton Street: and Roosevelt Avenue, from Ebener Street to McGarvey Avenue: and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City has reviewed said plans and specifications and desires to approve the same and authorize and direct the City Clerk to call for bids for the re- surfacing of the above mentioned streets: NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That those certain above mentioned plans and specifications entitled "General Specifications and Special provisions for the Construction of Street Resurfacing, FY 1969 - 1970, Phase I, in the City of Redwood City, California," copies of which are presently on file in the office of the Director of Public Works, to which copies reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof, are hereby approved, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed. to call for bids for the above mentioned resurfacing program. * * *
