DESe1:7/9/69 ORIGINAL I JUll~ 'is /' RESOLUT1.0N N O. ~",.; I RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY CONCE~~ING PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY DESIGNATED "LAKEVIEW WAY ANNEXATION NO.2," DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO CALL A SPECIAL ANNEXATION ELECTION, AND FIXING A TIME AND PLACE FOR PROTESTS BY PROPERTY OWNERS _.l BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Redwood city to call a special election to be held in certain inhabited territory contiguous to said city, proposed to be annexed thereto, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors residing in said territory the question whether or not said territory shall be annexed to the City of Redwood City, 'and the property in the territory subjected to taxation after annexa- tion equally with property within the City of Redwood City to pay the entire bonded indebtedness of the City of Redwood City outstanding or authorized, at the date of the first publication of the notice of election, for the acquisition, construction or completion of municipal improvements. Said 'te'r'ritory is desc'ribedas follows: A parcel of land to be annexed to the City of Redwood City, comprising Lots 10, II, 12 and 13, Block 202, Lots 14, 15 and 16, Block 20~and Lots 26 and :27, Block 207, as all are designated on that certain map entitled, "Highlands - . of Emerald Lake - Subdivis'ion THO", recorded.October 18, 1926, in Book }4 of i'iaps -at Pages 37 and 38, in the office of the Recorder of San ~~teo County, California; Lots 1, 2, 3, 50, 51 and 52, Block 300 and Lots 6.through 12, Blotk 304, as all are designe.ted on that certc:in map entitled, -TlHighlands of Emerald.
