<br /> <br />, <br />," <br /> <br />It:- -' ~ . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES: yc: 7/14/69 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />REE.OLUT1.0N <br /> <br />N o. bO...f.O <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT RELATING TO CONSTRUCTION <br />AND MAINTENANCE OF DRIVEWAY FACILITIES ON CITY OWNED <br />EASEMENT IN THE VICINITY OF 1621 JAMES STREET, REDWOOD <br />CITY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Herbert Courland and Mary Courland, owners of real <br /> <br />property commonly designated 1621 James Street, Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, have requested permission to construct and maintain <br /> <br />driveway facilities on a City owned easement, being a ten foot <br /> <br />strip of land containing a sanitary sewer, located in the vicinity <br /> <br />of the aforesaid real property, which is more particularly <br /> <br />described in the attached revocable permit: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said request and desires <br /> <br />to authorize the issuance of a revocable permit for construction <br />and maintenance of said driveway facilities, subject to certain <br /> <br />terms and conditions:" <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The City Manager is hereby authorized to issue that certain <br /> <br />revocable permit entitled "Grant of Revocable Permit - City Owned <br /> <br />Property Adjacent to 1621 James street, Redwood City," and shall <br /> <br />cause said permit to be executed and recorded. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
