City of Redwood City relating to sewers, sewerage disposal and drainage, and all other applicable . resolutions and ordinances of the City of Redwood city. The owner(s) of the hereinafter described property shall pay such sewer connection charges as would be applicable to properties located within the city of Redwood city and such sewer rental fees as are estab- lished by the City for properties located outside the City of Redwood City. (c) The applicant shall furnish the City proof of ownership in form satisfactory to the City prior to acceptance by the ovmer (s) hereof." (d) The applicant shall deposit with the city the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00), the condition of the deposit being that it shall be refunded to the applicant in the event applicant's hereinafter described property is annexed to the city of Redwood City within two years from the date of adoption of this resolution. (e) The-applicant shall initiate proceedings for the annexation of the hereinafter described real property and shall execute a request for annexation and standard form of consent to taxation prior to any sewer connection being made. Said executed request for annexation shall run with each and every parcel or part of realty for which permits are bei.ng issued; and, these permits shall be null and void if any of said parcels or parts of realty for which these permits are to serve are withdrawn from the annexation procedure by the owner(s) thereof. (f) The applicant shall, either by map dedication on a subdivision map of the hereinafter described real property, and/or by separate document convey to the City an ease- ment for sewer facilities of a size and location accept- able -to the Director of Public Horks of the City, and in form acceptable to the City Attorney; applicant shall, at applicant's expense, have plans and profiles prepared by a registered engineer, to the satisfaction of city's Director of Public ''lorks, for a sewer main and" all necessary appurtenances to serve said properties; applicant shall, at applicant's expense, have constructed sewer mains and all necessary appurtenances, to the satisfaction of City's Director of Public Works, in accordance with the approved plans and profilesi and applicant shall convey to City in conjunction with the above described easement title to the aforementioned sewer main and "necessary appurte"nances. -2-
