<br />.,.1. <br /> <br />\> <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />...... <br /> <br />/" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />- 7/11/69 <br />7/14/69 <br /> <br />(a) The permission granted shall be for three sewer <br />connections serving three one-family residences, <br /> <br />O(b) The penuit granted herein shall be further subject to <br />-all of the prov is ions of Chapter 27 of the Code of the <br />. City of Redwood City relating to sewers, sewerage <br />disposal and drainage, and all other applicable <br />. resolutions and ordinances of the City of Redwood city. <br />The owner(s) of the hereinafter described property <br />shall pay such sewer connection charges as would be <br />applicable to properties located within the city of <br />Redwood city and such sewer rental fees as are estab- <br />lished by the City for properties located outside the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />(c) The applicant shall furnish the City proof of ownership <br />in form satisfactory to the City prior to acceptance <br />by the ovmer (s) hereof." <br /> <br />(d) The applicant shall deposit with the city the sum of <br />One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00), the <br />condition of the deposit being that it shall be refunded <br />to the applicant in the event applicant's hereinafter <br />described property is annexed to the city of Redwood <br />City within two years from the date of adoption of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />(e) The-applicant shall initiate proceedings for the <br />annexation of the hereinafter described real property <br />and shall execute a request for annexation and standard <br />form of consent to taxation prior to any sewer connection <br />being made. Said executed request for annexation shall <br />run with each and every parcel or part of realty for <br />which permits are bei.ng issued; and, these permits <br />shall be null and void if any of said parcels or parts <br />of realty for which these permits are to serve are <br />withdrawn from the annexation procedure by the owner(s) <br />thereof. <br /> <br />(f) The applicant shall, either by map dedication on a <br />subdivision map of the hereinafter described real property, <br />and/or by separate document convey to the City an ease- <br />ment for sewer facilities of a size and location accept- <br />able -to the Director of Public Horks of the City, and <br />in form acceptable to the City Attorney; applicant shall, <br />at applicant's expense, have plans and profiles prepared <br />by a registered engineer, to the satisfaction of city's <br />Director of Public ''lorks, for a sewer main and" all <br />necessary appurtenances to serve said properties; <br />applicant shall, at applicant's expense, have constructed <br />sewer mains and all necessary appurtenances, to the <br />satisfaction of City's Director of Public Works, in <br />accordance with the approved plans and profilesi and <br />applicant shall convey to City in conjunction with the <br />above described easement title to the aforementioned <br />sewer main and "necessary appurte"nances. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
