<br />.1" <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />that certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Redwood City General <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 - Marlin Subdivision No. 1 Improve- <br />ments" by and between the City of Redwood City and L. C. Smith <br />Company, for the performance of the aforesaid work in accordance <br />with and subject to the terms and conditions of the aforementioned <br />specifications and contract documents, a copy of which agreement <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk, and to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the <br />terms and conditions thereof. <br />3. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of L. C. Smith <br />Company is hereby waived. <br />4. Any and all bids received by the Ci ty of Redwood City <br />for the aforementioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br />paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br />5.
