<br />ALL that certain real property situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San
<br />Mateo, State of California, described as follows:

<br />A POR TION of Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 29, and a Portion of Lots 5, 6, and 7,
<br />Block 30, and a Portion of Lot 4, Block 31, -and a Portion of Lot 1, Block 32,1 all as
<br />designated on the map entitled, "OAK KNOLL MANOR, REDWOOD CITY, SAN MATEO,
<br />CAL., II recorded May 10, 1916 in Book 10 of Maps at Pages 4 to 11 inclusive, San
<br />Mateo County Records, more particularly described as follows:

<br />BEGINNING at a point 'on the southerly line of said Lot 1 of said Block 32, said
