The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter <br />into and execute on behalf of the City of Re~wood City that certain <br />agreement entitled "Agreement" between the City of Redwood City <br />and L. C. Smith Company, for the performance of said .work in <br />accordance with the above mentioned plans and specifications <br />and in accordance with the above mentioned' proposal, copy of which <br />agreement is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning <br />the terms and conditions thereof. <br />5.
