DES:yc:7/7/69 ~ ORIGINAL J1JL 7 '69 RES 0 L UTI 0 N ---------- NO. b 0...3 ~ RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $23,000 FROM THE APPROPRIATION FOR STREET WIDENING AND RECONSTRUCTION OF HARBOR BOULEVARD TO THE APPROPRIATION FOR STREET WIDENING AND RECONSTRUCTION OF ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS, AND PROVIDING FOR RETRANSFER THEREOF BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: It is hereby ordered that the sum of Twenty-three Thousand Dollars ($23,000.00) heretofore appropriated in the Municipal Budget for the fiscal year July 1, 1969 - June 30, 1970, for the purpose of street widening and reconstruction of Harbor Boulevard (Bayshore to Municipal Marina), be transferred from the stated appropriation to the appropriation for street widening and reconstruction of Alameda de las Pulgas (Fernside Street to Woodside Road): provided, however, that upon receipt of the sum of Twenty-three Thousand Dollars ($23,000.00) from the Town of Woodside payable to the City of Redwood City under that certain contract by and between the City of Redwood City and the Town of Woodside, dated May 27, 1969, and entitled "Agreement for Construction and Financing of Improvements - Portions of Alameda de las Pulgas (Woodside)," the stated sum heretofore transferred shall be retransferred from the appropriation for street widening and reconstruction of Alameda de las Pulgas (Fernside Street to Woodside Road) to the appropriation for street widening and reconstruction of Harbor Boulevard (Bayshore to Municipal Marina) . The said sum heretofore transferred and to be retransferred shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1969 - June 30, 1970, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1969 - June 30, 1970. * * *
