That, pursuant to the provisions of section 20.33 of <br /> <br />the Code of the City of Redwood City, the following street is <br /> <br />hereby declared to be a through street: <br /> <br />(a) Jefferson Avenue from Farm Hill Boulevard to Emerald <br />Hill Road. <br /> <br />2.
