INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Leslie Properties, Inc., developer of Redwood Shores, <br /> <br />desires to place and install an identification~sign within the <br /> <br />following described property or premises of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City: <br /> <br />A portion of Lot 4, Block D, as said lot and block are <br />shown on that subdivision entitled "Redwood Shores <br />Subdivision No.1," recorded in the office of the <br />Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California, in <br />Volume 67 of Maps at pages 42, 43 and 44, being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />A 5.00 foot wide strip of land 65.00 feet in length, <br />adjacent to and northeasterly of the northeasterly <br />line of Compass Drive, 54.00 feet in width, commencing <br />at the southeasterly line of Lot 8 in said Block D <br />and terminating at the northwesterly line of Lot 7 in <br />said Block D: <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council ~o grant a <br /> <br />revocable permit for the installation of the above mentioned <br /> <br />identification sign to Leslie Properties, Inc.: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br /> <br />a revocable permit to Leslie Properties, Inc., to place and <br /> <br />install an identification sign within the above described property <br /> <br />in the City of Redwood City, which permit shall not be effective <br /> <br />until such time as Leslie Properties, Inc., executes an acceptance <br /> <br />of its terms and conditions. <br /> <br />2.
