<br />_'",1 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />JHT: Im:7/2/69 <br /> <br />ORIGINA~ <br /> <br />JJl711S <br /> <br />RES 0 L U T 1. 0 N N O. <br /> <br />hOJ,..f( <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR ASPHALTIC EMULSIONS, <br />CRUSHER RUN ROCK, ROCK SCREENINGS, FINE AGGREGATES, ASPHALTIC <br />CONCRETE, AND PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE <br />FISCAL YEAR 1969-70: AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR <br />BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for requirements of the City of Redwood City for <br /> <br />the fiscal year 1969-70 for asphaltic emulsions, crusher run rock, <br /> <br />rock screenings, fine aggregates, asphaltic concrete, and Portland <br /> <br />cement concrete: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorizes the City Clerk to <br /> <br />call for bids for the furnishing of said materia~ : <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE : <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Specifications <br /> <br />for Asphaltic Emulsions, Crusher Run Rock, Rock Screenings, Fine <br /> <br />Aggregates, Asphaltic Concrete, and Portland Cement Concrete," <br /> <br />prepared in the office of the City Engineer and on file in the <br />office of the City Engineer, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the furnishing of the aforementioned <br /> <br />materials, in accordance with the specifications therefor said <br /> <br />advertisement to be in the form of that certain "Notice to Bidders" <br /> <br />set forth in the above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
