"-~ . . ~ DES:yc:7/7/69 ORIGI NAL J{ 7 '69 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. b(.)J..7 ---------- RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PARKING LOT, PHASE II, FOR COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES BUILDING: AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain plans and specifications for the construction of certain improvements of parking lot, phase II, for the Community Activities Building in the City of Redwood City: and WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the construction of said improvements: NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY,. AS FOLLOWS: 1. Those certain plans entitled "City of Redwood City, California, Department of Public Works, Engineering Division - Parking Lot - Phase II - for Community Activities Building," and those certain specifications entitled "General Specifications and Special provisions for the Construction of Parking Lot, Phase II for Community Activities Building - 1400 Roosevelt Avenue in the City of Redwood City, California," prepared in the office of the City Engineer and on file in the office of the City Engineer, are hereby approved. 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids for the construction of the above mentioned improvements in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, said advertisement to be in the form of that certain "Notice to Contractors" set forth in the above mentioned specifications. * * *
