That pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of <br /> <br />the California Labor Code, this Council has ascertained and <br /> <br />determined the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in <br /> <br />this locality for each craft, classification or type of work- <br /> <br />men needed to execute contracts for public works and improve- <br /> <br />ments, and also the general prevailing rate of per diem wages <br /> <br />for each such craft or type of work for each legal holiday, <br /> <br />Saturday, Sunday, and for overtime work. Said general pre- <br /> <br />vailing rates are set forth in Exhibit A hereof attached hereto <br /> <br />and by this reference incorporated herein as if set out at <br /> <br />length hereino <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />maintain copies of said general prevailing rates on fileg which <br /> <br />copies shall be made available to any interested party on <br /> <br />request. <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a copy of <br /> <br />this resolution to be published in a newspaper of general <br /> <br />circulation at least one time during the fiscal year cowmencing <br /> <br />July 1, 1969 and ending June 30, 19700 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
