In e> 'J.S <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR RIGHT OF WAY APPRAISAL AND NEGOTIATION <br />SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH BREWSTER AVENUE-EL CAMINO <br />REAL WIDENING AND JEFFERSON AVENUE-EL CAMINO REAL <br />WIDENING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has heretofore determined that it <br /> <br />shall proceed with acquisition of interests in certain parcels <br /> <br />of real property in connection with the widening of Brewster <br /> <br />Avenue-El Camino Real and Jefferson Avenue-El camino Real: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agreement <br /> <br />for right of way appraisal and negotiation services in connection <br /> <br />with the appraisals and acquisition of those certain parcels of <br /> <br />real property designated as Parcels A, Band C, in connection <br /> <br />with the widening of Brewster Avenue in the vicinity of the <br /> <br />intersection of Brewster Avenue with El Camino Real, and designated <br /> <br />as Parcels 1, 2 and 3, in connection with the widening of Jefferson <br /> <br />Avenue in the vicinity of the intersection of Jefferson Avenue <br /> <br />with El Camino Real, which plats are on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Engineer, and by this reference incorporated herein; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREB0RE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain letter agreement providing for appraisal and <br /> <br />negotiation services of Norman G. Nowicki in connection with <br /> <br />the widening of Brewster Avenue-El Camino Real and Jefferson <br /> <br />Avenue-El Camino Real, copies of which are on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, and by this reference made a part hereof, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
