. . Series D Bonds maturing by their terms on or prior to July 1, 1982, are not subject to call or redemption prior to their fixed maturity dates. Series D Bonds matur- ing by their terms on and after July 1, 1983, are subject to call and redemption,. at the option of the Council of the City, as a whole, or in part in inverse numerical order from higher to lower, on July 1, 1982 (but not prior thereto), and on any interest payment date thereafter prior to their fixed maturity date or dates at the principal amount thereof and accrued interest thereon to date of redemption, to- gether with a premium of (a) one per cent (1%) of the principal amount thereof, and (b) an additional one-quarter of one per cent (1/4 of 1%) of the principal amount thereof for each whole year and for any remaining fraction of a year from the date fixed for redemption to the stated maturity of the Series D Bonds so called for redemption, provided, however, that the aggregate premium payable upon the re- demption of any Series D Bond shall not exceed the interest payable for one year on such Series D Bond. It is hereby certified, recited and declared that all acts, conditions and things required by law to exist, happen and to be performed precedent to and in the issuance of this bond have existed, happened and been performed in due time, form and manner as required by law, and that the amount of this bond, together with all other indebtedness of the District, does not exceed any limit prescribed by the Constitution or statutes of said State, and that provi- sion has been made as required by Ordinance No. 1128 for the collection of an annual tax upon the taxable real property in the District sufficient to pay the principal of and inter- est on this bond as the same become due. The full faith and credit of the District are hereby pledged for the punc- tual payment of the principal of and interest on this bond. This bond may be registered in conformity with the provisions endorsed hereon, and unless so registered shall be transferable by delivery. IN WITNESS '{HEREOF, Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 has caused this bond to be executed under the official seal of the City, signed by the Mayor and countersigned by the City Clerk of the City, and has caused the interest coupons attached hereto to be signed by the City Clerk of the City, and this bond to be dated July 1, 1969.
