There shall be deposited in the Redwood <br />City General Improvement District No. 1-64 1964 Facilities <br />Bond Principal and Interest Fund created by the Resolution <br />(a) any moneys received on account of any premium paid on the <br />Series D Bonds and (b) a sum representin~ interest on the <br />Series D Bonds from their date to July 1, 1970 (includin~ <br />therein interest accrued on the Series D Bonds from their date <br />to the date of delivery and actual payment of the purchase price <br />thereof). <br /> <br />Section 6. The proceeds of the sale of the Series D <br />Bonds shall be deposited by the City Treasurer (after deduct- <br />ing from the followin~ respective funds the pro rata share <br />of the sums required to be deposited in the fund referred to <br />in Section 5 hereof) as follows: <br />(a) In the Streets and Highways 1964 Constr~etion <br />Fund created by the Resolution, the proceeds of sale of <br />$1,644,000 of the Series D Bonds. <br />(b) In the Sewer System 1964 Construction Fund <br />created by the Resolution, the proceeds of sale of $381,300 <br />of the Series D Bonds. <br />(c) In the Water System 1964 Construction Fund <br />created by the Resolution, the proceeds of sale of $2,100 <br />of the Series D Bonds. <br />(d) In the Park and Recreation 1964 Construction <br />Fund created by the Resolution, the proceeds of sale of <br />$312,600 of the Series D Bonds. <br />Section 7. The City Clerk is directed to cause a <br />sufficient number of blank Series D Bonds and coupons of <br />suitable quality to be printed and to cause the blank spaces <br />thereof to be filled in to comply with the provisions hereof, <br /> <br />9 <br />
