<br />1~ <br /> <br />.~ '_~r <br /> <br />1 <br />. .. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />b l J <br /> <br />r <br />~ ) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />JUN 23 'Bi <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. hD 19 <br /> <br />PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF $360,000 PRINCIPAL <br />AMOUNT OF REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br />NO. 1-64 1964 RECLAMATION BONDS, SERIES D; AND <br />AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SALE THEREOF, AND OF <br />$2,340,000 PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF REDWOOD CITY GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 1964 FACILITIES BONDS, <br />SERIES D. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City, <br />on July 6, 1964, duly adopted its Resolution No. 4351, on <br />February 28, 1966, duly adopted its Resolution No. 4935, and <br />on April 4, 1966, duly adopted its Resolution No. 4985 (which <br />resolutions are herein together called the "ReSOlution"), <br />providing for the issuance of $70,168,000 principal amount <br />of Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 1964 <br />Reclamation Bonds and $4,500,000 principal amount of Series <br />A Bonds of said issue, providin~ for the levy of a tax to <br />pay the principal of and interest on the bonds of said issue, <br />and authorizing and directing sale of the Series A Bonds, <br />and the Council has heretofore duly issued and sold said <br />$4,500,000 principal amount of Series A Bonds pursuant to <br />the Resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the following series of said bonds have here- <br />tofore been issued and sold and the following principal amounts <br />are now outstanding: <br />Seri'es <br />$4,500,000 Series A <br />$ 930,000 Series B <br />$ 870,000 Series C <br /> <br />Principal Amount Outstanding <br />$4,420,000 <br />$ 925,000 <br />$ 870,000; and <br /> <br />1 <br />
