8/13/0$ <br />O R I GI N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14313 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO (HUMAN <br />SERVICES AGENCY OFFICE OF HOUSING) <br />WHEREAS an agreement entitled, "Agreement Between County of San Mateo <br />(Human Services Agency Office of Housing) and City of Redwood City — Fair Oaks <br />Community Center," has been presented to, and reviewed by, this Counsel, <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Between County of San Mateo <br />(Human Services Agency Office of Housing) and City of Redwood City — Fair Oaks <br />Community Center," a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br />Reso -0130 <br />F:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br />FXS:dr <br />08/02/01 <br />
