<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />of seven per cent (7%) per annum, will be issued pursuant to the <br />provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911 as embodied in the <br />Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, the last <br />installment of which bonds shall mature fourteen (14) years from <br />the 2nd day of January next succeeding the 1st day of September <br />following their date. Said bonds shall be payable to bearer and, <br />shall contain a provision for five per cent (5%) prepayment <br />premium on redemption. <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that Monday, July 14, 1969, at the <br />hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the Board of Supervisors Chambers, <br />Hall of Justtce and Records, Redwood City, California, is hereby <br />fixed as the time and place when and where any and all persons <br />interested may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the <br />City Council should not find and determine that the public con- <br />venience and necessity require the improvements described in and <br />referred to in this resolution, without further compliance"with <br />the Special' Assessment, Investigation, Limitation and Majority <br />Protest Act of 1931 of the State of California and now embodied <br />in the Streets and, Highways 'Code of California as Division ~ <br />thereof. <br /> <br />********** <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />2. <br />
