Formation <br /> <br />Co~mission, pursuant to Chapter 6.6 of Title 5 of Division 2 <br /> <br />of Part 1 of the Government Code, approved said annexation on <br /> <br />the condition that the territory to be annexed be withdra~m <br /> <br />from'the Emerald Lake Lighting District: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 19290 of <br /> <br />the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, the <br /> <br />hereinafter described property knovm as "Laurel Way j\nnexationll, <br /> <br />is hereby declared withdrawn from the Emerald Lake Lighting <br /> <br />District. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to forward certified <br /> <br />copies of this resolution to the State Board of Equalization, <br /> <br />the San Mateo County Assessor and the Emerald Lake Lighting <br /> <br />District. <br /> <br />3. The withdrawal of the following described territory <br /> <br />from the above mentioned district shall be effective on the date <br /> <br />of adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />4.
