<br />; <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />eHT:em:6/3/69 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />JUN 9 'CIS <br /> <br />RE~OLUT.!ON NO. <br /> <br />t,ODS- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT FOR <br />RELOCATION OF CERTAIN SANITARY SEWER FACILITIES BE- <br />TWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, to accommodate the State of california's freeway <br /> <br />construction, a portion of Redwood city's Sanitary Sewer Facilities <br /> <br />must be relocated: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State has assumed liability for relocating a <br /> <br />portion of Redwood city's Sanitary Sewer Facilities: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> <br />ment by and between the City of Redwood City and the State of <br /> <br />California, which agreement sets forth the nature and scope of <br /> <br />the Sanitary Sewer Facilities relocation and the allocation <br /> <br />of expenses for the work done therefor, and it is the intention <br /> <br />and desire of this Council to approve said agreement and authorize <br /> <br />its execution: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Utilities Agreement No. <br /> <br />410.42", by and between the City of Redwood City and the State <br /> <br />of California, a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City: and the <br /> <br />City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to transmit the executed <br /> <br />contract with certified copies of this resolution to the State <br /> <br />Department of Public Works, Division of Highways. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
