That certain final map of Marlin Subdivision No. 2 <br /> <br />within General Improvement District No. 1-64 in the City of <br /> <br />ReqwoodCity, prepared by, Lawrence,G. Brian and Company for <br /> <br />Leslie Properties, Inc., owner of record of said subdivision, <br /> <br />heretofore approved by the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City on May 27, 1969, is hereby approved, and all offers <br /> <br />of land for public use, therein made on said map are hereby <br />accepted subject to the following conditions:' <br /> <br />(a) Prior to the delivery of said map to the owner of said <br />subdivision and prior to its recordation, the owner or <br />subdivider of said subdivision shall deposit with the <br />City of Redwood City a sum equalling the cost to the <br />City of purchasing and installing street trees within <br />said subdivision. <br /> <br />(b) Prior to the delivery of said map to the owner of said <br />subdivision and prior to 'its recordation, the owner of <br />said subdivision shall deposit with the City of Redwood <br />City conveyances of land: <br /> <br />( 1) <br />(2) <br /> <br />For park purposes, Lot 32, Block E; <br /> <br />In fee, Lot 9, Block E, and Lots 8 and 52, Block E, <br />reserving to the grantor, its successors and assigns, <br />a nonexclusive easement and right of way for <br />pedestrian access, ingress and egress; and <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />For certain public utility purposes relating to' <br />a sanitary sewerage system, the location and extent <br />of which shall be subject to the approval of the <br />City's Director of Public Works. Said conveyances <br />shall be on forms approved by the City Attorney, <br />and shall be recorded after' recordation of the <br />final map approved herein. <br /> <br />2. It is hereby found and determined that the above mentioned <br /> <br />final map,is in conformity with the requirements of Chapter 30 of <br /> <br />the Code of the City of Redwood City {being the subdivision ordinance <br />
