<br />,. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />JHT:yc:5/23/69 <br /> <br />OHfGfNAl <br />MAY 26 '6'9 <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />;' <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N o. 5917 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS (FERNS IDE STREET <br />TO WOODSIDE ROAD) IMPROVEMENTS; AND AUTHORIZING CITY <br />CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction of certain improve- <br /> <br />ments on Alameda de las Pulgas from Fernside street to Woodside <br /> <br />Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call <br /> <br />for bids for the construction of said improvements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, Department of Public Works, Engineering Division - <br /> <br />Alameda de las Pulgas - Fernside st. to Woodside Rd. - Title <br /> <br />Sheet and Typical Sections," and those certain specifications <br /> <br />entitled "General Specifications and Special Provisions for <br /> <br />Alameda de las pulgas - Fernside st. to Woodside Rd. - Redwood <br /> <br />City, California," prepared in the ~ffice of the City Engineer <br />and on file in the office of the City Engineer, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the construction of the above mentioned <br /> <br />improvements in accordance with the plans and specifications <br /> <br />therefor, said advertisement to be in the form of that certain <br /> <br />"Notice to Contractors" set forth in the above mentioned <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
