H. MAC DONALD COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuan-t to Section 30.6 of the Code of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City', the Planning Commission has recoTIU11ended approval <br /> <br />of the application of the owners of the real property hereinafter <br /> <br />described for an exception to the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br /> <br />Code of the City of Redwood City to allow a street to be a width <br /> <br />of 27 feet. in part and 30 feet in part instead of the required <br /> <br />54 feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property for which application for an exception <br /> <br />is made is that certain real property situate in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of California, described <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1715 Valota Road, being approximately one acre, <br />of land; Assessor's Parcel No. 59-191-40; <br />R-2 District; and <br /> <br />VJHERE1\S, the Planning Commission has found and reported to <br /> <br />this Council -that exceptional circumstances and conditions exist <br /> <br />which affect said property; that the exception applied for is <br /> <br />necessary for the preservation and enjoyment. of substantial <br /> <br />property rights of petitioners; that t.he granting of said <br /> <br />e~ception will not be detrimental to the public welfare or be - <br /> <br />injurious to other property in tl1e neighborhood i <br /> <br />NO,,; , THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />"AS FOLLO~'lS:' <br /> <br />., :7<.~ :: <br /> <br />1.
