(5) That the City Clerk has caused a copy of said Resolution No. 5974 to be published in the manner and within the time required by Section 35310.1 of the Government Code and has also caused notice to be given to all other persons to whom notices are required by law to be given~ and (6) That the Council did in said Resolution No. 5974 set May. 19, 1969, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m., in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, San Mateo County, California, as the day, hour and place when and where said Council would hear protests against said annexation~ and WHEREAS, this Council duly met and convened at the time and place set for the hearing on the said proposed annexation and did at the hearing, in open public session, ask for protests, if any, to the proposed annexation and gave all persons full opportunity to protest said annexation and received evidence relevant to such annexation~ and WHEREAS" this Council at the tline of said hearing found and determined that no protests were made on behalf of the owners of any of the property included within the territoIY to be annexed, and that no protests were made on behalf of any owner of property within the City who does not also own property in the territory to be annexed ~ NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Redwood City does hereby approve the annexation to the City of Redwood City bf all the territory designated as "Eastview Annexation No. I," and hereinafter described, and does hereby annex said territory to the City of Redwood City. The above mentioned territory which is designated as "Eastview Annexation No.1" is all that territory situate in the County of San Ma'ceo, State of California, more par'ticularly described as follows:
