<br />'. . <br /> <br />; <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> <br />That the City Attorney of the City of Redwood City be, and <br /> <br /> <br />he is hereby directed, authorized and empowered: <br /> <br /> <br />To institute, maintain and prosecute, in the name of the <br /> <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, an action in the Superior Court of the <br /> <br /> <br />state of California, in and for the County of San Mateo, for the <br /> <br /> <br />condemnation of the right of way and easements in and upon the <br /> <br /> <br />real property herelnabove described, for said public improvement, <br /> <br /> <br />and to take all steps necessary for said condenmation in the <br /> <br /> <br />name of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />To make application to said.Court for an order fixing the <br /> <br /> <br />amount of such security in the way of money deposits as said <br /> <br /> <br />Court may direct to be made for the taking of immediate <br /> <br /> <br />possession of said hereinabove described real property by the <br /> <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, and for an order permitting said City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City to take immediate possession and use of said real <br /> <br /> <br />property. <br /> <br /> <br />AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> <br />That the City Manager of the City of Redwood City be, and' <br /> <br /> <br />he is hereby directed, authorized and empowered: <br /> <br /> <br />To make deposit of such security out of proper funds of <br /> <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, in the amount so fixed and determined <br /> <br /> <br />and in such manner as the said Court in which the eminent domain <br /> <br /> <br />proceedings herein authorized are commenced, may direct. <br /> <br />"* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-6- <br />
