<br />5. The above said territory proposed to be annexed to the

<br />city of Redwood City is hereby described as all that territory
<br />situate in the County of San Mateo, State of California, bounded
<br />
<br />and more fully described as follows:

<br />A parcel of land to be annexed to the City of.Redwood City,
<br />comprising Lots 12 & 13, Block 205 and a portion of Eastview Way,
<br />as all are designated on that certain IDc'lp entitled, "Estates of
<br />Emerald Lake - Subdivision Two", recorded August 1, 1927, in Book
<br />16 of Maps, at Pages 18, 19, 20 and 21, in the office of the Recorder
<br />of San Nateo County, California, being more particularly described
<br />as follows:

<br />BEGINNING at a point in the northerly line of Eastview Way,
<br />50.00 feet in width, said point also being an angle point in the
<br />Corporate Limit Line of the City of Redwood City, as established
<br />by Ordinance No. 1245, dated June 6, 1966; THENCE, radially and
<br />southeasterly along said Corporate Limit Line, South 140 41' 30" East,
<br />a distance of 25.00 feet to an angle point in said Corporate Limit
<br />Line, said point also being a point in the center line of said
<br />Eastview Way; THENCE, continuing along said Corporate Linlit Line
<br />and said centerline, on a curve to the right, with a radius of
<br />57.90 feet, an arc distance of 56087 feet to a point of tangency
<br />in said last mentioned line; THENCE, continuing along said centerline
<br />and said Corporate Limit Line, South 480 24' 30" East, a distance of
<br />74.49 feet to an angle point in said Corporate Limit Line; THENCE,
<br />leaving said centerline and continuing along said Corporate Limit
<br />Line, South 410 35' 30" West, a distance of 25.00 feet to a point
<br />in the southerly line of said Eastview Way, said point also being
<br />the northeasterly corner of said Lot 12, Block 205; THENCE, continuing
<br />south",esterly along said Corporate Limit Line and t:le easterly line
<br />of last said Lot 12, South 70 55' 10" West, a distance of 220.70
<br />feet, to the southeasterly corner 'of said Lot 12, said point also
<br />being an angle point in said Corporate Limit Line of the City of
<br />Redwood City, and also being an angle point in the Corporate Limit
<br />Line of the TOTNll of Woodside, as established by O~dinance No. 1963-
<br />134, dated l-1a.rch 11, 1963; THENCE, -leaving said Corporate Limit
<br />Line of the City of Redwood City, and continuing northwesterly along
<br />the rear line of said Lots 12 and 13, Block 205, and the said
<br />Corporate Limit Line of the Town of Hoodside, North 810 24' 20" West,
<br />(erroneously shown on the above said Nap to be South 810 24' 20" West),
<br />a distance of 134.00 feet, to the southwesterly corner of said
<br />Lot 13 and an angle point in last said Corporat~ Limit Line; THENCE,
<br />continuing northeasterly along last said Corporate Limit Line and
<br />the westerly line, of said Lot 13, North 90 14' 50" East, a distance
<br />of 231.35 feet, (erroneously shm.,n on the above said YJLlP to be
<br />131.35 feet), to the northwesterly corner of said Lot 13, and an
<br />angle point in last said Corporate Limit Line; THENCE, northeasterly
<br />in a direct line across said Eastview Way, a distance of 80 feet,
