ORIGINAL RES 0 L UTI 0 N ---------- NO. .s9 7 3 MAy 5 "69 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF Y1ARLIN SUBDIVISION NO. 1 ~lITHIN GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain final map of Marlin Subdivision No.1, within General Improvement District No. 1-64 in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Lawrence G. Brian and Company for Leslie Properties, Inc., owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City on April 22, 1969, is hereby approved, and all offers of :land for public use therein made on said map are hereby accepted subject to the following conditions: (a) Prior to the delivery of said map to the 'owner of said subdivision and prior to its recordation, the owner or subdivider of said subdivision shall deposit with the City of Redwood City a sum equaling the cost to the City of purchasing and installing street trees within said subdivision. (b) Prior to the delivery of said map to the o\vner of said subdivision and prior to its recordatj.on, the owner of said subdivision shall deposit with the City of Redwood City conveyances of land for (1) park purposes and (2) easements within interior waterways for boating and other water recreational uses and purposes and for waterway maintenance and other purposes, on forms approved by the City. Said conveyances shall be recorded after recordation of the final map approved herein. (c) Prior to the delivery of said map to the owner of said subdivision and prior to its recordation, the owner of said subdivision shall deposit with the City of Redwood city.s City Manager evidence (by copies of agreements, or otherwise) of provision by said owner for termination, within one year, of certain roadway easements for use of that road commonly referred to as "Radio Road" within said subdivision. (d) Prior to the delivery of said map to the owner of said subdivision and prior to its recordation, the owner of said subdivision shall enter into and execute an agreement between the City of Redwood City and said owner, entitled "Agreement - Relinquishment of Access Rights, Marlin subdivision No.1, Redwood Shores Subdivision: a copy of which is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof. rl' ,.._.....11. ~.:;.
