That certain final map of Marlin Subdivision No.1, <br /> <br />within General Improvement District No. 1-64 in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, prepared by Lawrence G. Brian and Company for Leslie <br /> <br />Properties, Inc., owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br /> <br />approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />on April 22, 1969, is hereby approved, and all offers of :land <br /> <br />for public use therein made on said map are hereby accepted <br /> <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Prior to the delivery of said map to the 'owner of said <br />subdivision and prior to its recordation, the owner <br />or subdivider of said subdivision shall deposit with <br />the City of Redwood City a sum equaling the cost to <br />the City of purchasing and installing street trees <br />within said subdivision. <br /> <br />(b) Prior to the delivery of said map to the o\vner of said <br />subdivision and prior to its recordatj.on, the owner of <br />said subdivision shall deposit with the City of Redwood <br />City conveyances of land for (1) park purposes and <br />(2) easements within interior waterways for boating <br />and other water recreational uses and purposes and for <br />waterway maintenance and other purposes, on forms <br />approved by the City. Said conveyances shall be <br />recorded after recordation of the final map approved <br />herein. <br /> <br />(c) Prior to the delivery of said map to the owner of said <br />subdivision and prior to its recordation, the owner of <br />said subdivision shall deposit with the City of Redwood <br />city.s City Manager evidence (by copies of agreements, <br />or otherwise) of provision by said owner for termination, <br />within one year, of certain roadway easements for use <br />of that road commonly referred to as "Radio Road" <br />within said subdivision. <br /> <br />(d) Prior to the delivery of said map to the owner of said <br />subdivision and prior to its recordation, the owner of <br />said subdivision shall enter into and execute an agreement <br />between the City of Redwood City and said owner, entitled <br />"Agreement - Relinquishment of Access Rights, Marlin <br />subdivision No.1, Redwood Shores Subdivision: a copy <br />of which is presently on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof. <br /> <br />rl' <br />,.._.....11. ~.:;. <br />
