DES:yc:5/2/69 , "~ ORIGINAL RES 0 L UTI 0 N ---------- NO. .s, 7 J.,. ~'{ 5'W RESOLUTION SETTING TIME AND PLACE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1969 - JUNE 30, 1970; ORDERING PUBLIC NOTICE BE GIVEN.OF SAID HEARING AND OF THE FACT THAT COPIES OF SAID PROPOSED BUDGET ARE AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK WHEREAS, the proposed budget of the City of Redwood City for the fiscal year July 1, 1969 - June 30, 1970, has been submitted to the Council of the City of Redwood City; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. In accordance with Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, Monday, the 16th day of June, 1969, at or about the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m. in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, California, is hereby set as the time and place at which a public hearing will be held on the above mentioned budget. 2. It is hereby ordered that at least two copies of said budget be filed in the office of the City Clerk, City of Redwood City, for inspection by members of the public. 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice to be published at least once in the official newspaper stating that copies of the budget are available for inspection by members of the public at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Redwood City, California, and stating the time and place at which the public hearing will be held on said budget. * * *
