<br />..... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />the easement and right of way excepted and reserved therefrom, <br /> <br />is as indicated on that certain plat on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, entitled "Proposed Abandonment of Ptn. of Bradford & <br /> <br />Hamilton sts.," dated January, 1969, and together with the easement <br /> <br />excepted and reserved therefrom, is more particularly described <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />A portion of Bradford street, as delineated on that <br />certain map entitled "Town of Mezesville," recorded <br />August 1, 1856, in Volume I of Maps, at page 79, <br />Records of San Mateo County, California, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />All that portion of Bradford street, 80.00 feet in width, <br />(shown as IIC" Street on said map), lying between the <br />southerly extension of the easterly line of Block 5, <br />Range D, 'said line also being the westerly line of <br />Hamilton street, 80.00 feet in width (shown as "Third <br />street'! on said map), and the southerly extension of <br />the easterly line of Block 4, Range D, said line also <br />being the westerly line of Middlefield Road, 80.00 <br />feet in width (shown as "Second Street" on said map) . <br /> <br />Reserving and excepting therefrom all of the above described <br /> <br />portion of Bradford Street as a public utility easement. <br /> <br />4.
