JHT:yc:4/28/69 , , ORIGINAL i Am 28 '6.9 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. $1" ---------- RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF DOLPHIN SUBDIVISION NO. 2 WITHIN GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 1-64, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: l. That certain final map of Dolphin Subdivision No.2, being a resubdivision of Lot 3, Block A, Dolphin Subdivision No. 1 within General Improvement District No. 1-64 in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Lawrence G. Brian and Company, for Stanley C. Swartz & Co., owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City on April 15, 1969, is hereby approved. 2. As a condition precedent to delivery of said map to the owner..,of said subdivision and prior to its recordation, the owner and subdivider of said subdivision shall perform the following acts and shall agree as follows: (a) Said subdivider and owner shall have obtained a planned development permit (designated PD 69-01) duly issued by the Council of the City of Redwood City; and said planned development permit shall be recorded concurrently with or prior to recordation of the subdivision map approved in paragraph 1 hereof. 3. It is hereby found and determined that the final map approved in paragraph 1 hereof is in conformity with the require- ments of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City (being the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Redwood City) and/or such requirements or provisions of General Improvement District No. 1-64 of the City of Redwood City as may pertain thereto. * * *
