<br />,. <br />~ <br />r <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />') 7'.~, L <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />OR\G\NAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />~7" <br /> <br />828,. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TERMINATING AND <br />ABANDONING PROCEEDINGS <br /> <br />BEL AIR WAY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City did on <br />February 10, 1969, pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No. <br />5895, declaring its intention to order the accomplishment of cer- <br />tain street improvements and related work on a portion of Bel Air <br /> <br />Way in the City of Redwood City pursuant to the Improvement Act <br />of 1911, as amended, Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code <br />of the State of California; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution of Intention No. 5895 <br /> <br />said Council, after giving notice in accordance with law, did ~'.l <br /> <br />a public hearing on the matters referred to in said Resolution o~' <br /> <br />Intention and, following said hearing, determined to terminate <br /> <br />and abandon the proceedings referred to in said Resolution of <br /> <br />Intention without prejudice to its right to reinstitute such <br /> <br />proceedings at any time in the future; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Said Council hereby terminates and abandons the current <br /> <br />proceedings for the accomplishment of the improvements referred to <br />in its Resolution of Intention No. 5895, heretofore adopted by <br />said Council on February 10, 1969; provided, however, that said <br /> <br />termination and abandonment shall be and is hereby made without <br /> <br />prejudice to its right to reinstitute such proceedings at any <br /> <br />time in the future. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to record <br />a certified copy of this resolution in the Office of the County <br /> <br />1. <br />
