STATE OF C~LIFORNIAi PROVIDING FOR THE HESERVATION OF CER'I'AIN Et"':\SEMENTS THEREFROM i SE'rTING TIME liNT> PLP..CE FOR HEARING ALL PERSONS INTERES'I'ED IN OR OBJECT]~G TO THE PROPOSED VACATION; AND ORnERING POSTING OF NOTICE OF SUCH PROPOSED VACATION WHEREP..S, a portion of Hamilton street and a portion of Bradford Street, dedicated as public streets, are not neeBed for present or prospective street purposesi and \\iHEREAS, the Council of the c"ity of Red\vood City intends to vacate and abandon said portions of Hamilton Street and Bradford street pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 of the streets and Highways Codei and vlHEREAS, said Council has determined that the public convenience and necessity requires the reservation of ce~tain easements in the portions ~f the streets to be vacated; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Council of the City of Redwood City hereby declares. its intention to vacate a portion of Hamilton streetl as herein- after described, and a portion of Bradford street, as hereinafter described, and elec.ts to. proceed with such vaca-tion and abandon- ment pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of' Division 9 of the streets and Highways Code of th~ state of California. 2. The portion of Hamilton street to be vacated is as indicated on that certain plat on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled II Proposed ]'>.bandonment. of Ptn. of Bradford & Ha.mil ton sts., II da ted January, 1969, and - together' with the eCI_sernent excepted and reserved therefrom, is more particularly described as folloids:
