<br />\' ... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(2) That the location and design of above ground fixtures <br />within public rights of way and other public utility <br />easements shall be subject approval by the Redwood Shores <br />Urban Design Committee. <br /> <br />(3) That within the six open space areas shown on the map <br />between the respective clusters of buildings, extending <br />from street to waterways, no fence or hedge or any other <br />site obstruction other than trees shall be allowed to <br />extend more than three feet above curb grade, and that <br />all landscaping shown on the landscape plan as approved <br />by the Architectural Committee shall be permanently <br />maintained. <br /> <br />(4) That roof construction on buildings constructed within <br />the area subject to planned development permit PD 69-01 <br />shall be wood shake or shingle roofing applied to conform <br />to the requirements and specifications of a cedar asbestos <br />roof system, and the application thereof shall be inspected <br />and verified in writing to the Building and Fire Departments <br />of the City of Redwood City by the Red Cedar Shingle and <br />and Hand Split Shake Bureau. <br /> <br />(5) That an architectural permit be obtained from the <br />Architectural Committee pursuant to Section 45.2(a) of <br />the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />(6) That the planned development plans for recordation be <br />approved by "the Planning Director and City Engineer <br />prior to approval by the City Council. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
