BRIAN & CO. FOR PROFESSIONAL <br />CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> <br />ment by and between the City of Redwood City and the firm of <br /> <br />Lawrence G. Brian & Co. for professional civil engineering <br /> <br />services in connection with the preparation of a topographic <br /> <br />survey for the City of Redwood city's proposed civic center site; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve said agreement and authorize its execution;' <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Civil <br /> <br />Engineering Services (Topographic Survey) ," by and between the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City and Lawrence G. Brian & Co., a copy of <br /> <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is made for the full terms and conditions <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
