MM 10 ~ ~ , RES 0 L UTI 0 N ---------- N O. ,",1J.3 RESOLUTION GRANTING EXCEPTION TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, BEING THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY - JOHN J. AND EVA MAHOLY WHEREAS, pursuant to section 30.6 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the Planning commission has recommended approval of the application of the owners of the real property hereinafter described for an exception to the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City to allow lot areas to have a minimum of 5,000 square feet; and WHEREAS, the property for which application for an exception is made is that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood city, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: Lots 19 and 20, Block 11, Map of Lenolt; Assessor's Parcel No. 052-117-100; "R_l" District; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported to this Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions exist which affect said property; that the exception applied for is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of substantial property rights of petitioners; that the granting of said excep- tion will not be detrimental to the public welfare or be injurious to other property in the neighborhood; NOW, THEREFORE ; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Pursuant to the terms of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, exception to the provisions of said chapter is hereby granted for the above described real property to allow lot areas to have a minimum of 5,000 square feet.
