<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(b) The permit granted herein shall be further subject to <br />all of the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Municipal <br />Code relating to sewers, sewage disposal and drainage, <br />and all other applicable resolutions and ordinances <br />of the City of Redwood City. The owner(s) of the <br />hereinafter described property shall pay such sewer <br />connection charges as would be applicable to properties <br />located within the City of Redwood city and such <br />sewer rental fees as are established by the City for <br />properties located outside of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />(c) The applicant shall furnish the City proof of owner- <br />ship in form satisfactory to the City prior to <br />acceptance by the owner(s) hereof. <br /> <br />(d) The applicant shall deposit with the City the sum of <br />Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), the condition of the <br />deposit being that it shall be refunded to the applicant <br />in the event applicant1s hereinafter described property <br />is annexed to the City of Redwood city within two years <br />from the date of adoption of this resolution, unless <br />the City grants an extension of time beyond the two <br />year period. <br /> <br />(e) The applicant shall execute a request for annexation <br />and the standard form of consent to taxation prior to <br />any sewer connection being made. <br /> <br />3. The property hereinabove referred to is more particularly <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />All that certain real property situate in the County of <br />San Mateo, state of California, described as follows: <br /> <br />Portion of Lot numbered six (6) in Block numbered <br />eighteen (18) as shown on that certain map entitled <br />"Oak Knoll Manor-Redwood City, San Mateo Co., Cal.," <br />filed in the office of the County Recorder of San <br />Mateo County on May 10, 1916, On Book 10 of Maps at <br />pages 4 to 11, described viz: <br /> <br />COMMENCING at a point on the Southeasterly line of <br />Brewster Avenue, distant 150 feet south-westerly from <br />the point of intersection of the Southwesterly line <br />of Alameda de las Pulgas Road and southeasterly line <br />of Brewster Avenue; running thence along said line <br />of Brewster Avenue S. 450 051 W. 93.27 feet to the <br />Northeasterly boundary of land conveyed by Deed from <br />Frank J. Schmitz, administrator of the Estate of <br />Amarilla Schmitz, deceased, to W. D. Merchant, dated ~. <br />October 4, 1932, and recorded October 5, 1932, in <br />Book 573 of Official Records at Page 384; thence along <br />said boundary S. 400 461 E. 135.27 feet to the most <br />Southerly corner of said Lot 6; thence along the <br />Southeasterly boundary of said Lot 6, N. 440 311 E. <br />104.38 feet; thence N. 450 291 W. 133.87 feet to the <br />point of commencement. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
