Ii AND, AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /># \iHEREAS, there have -been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction of certain public <br /> <br />improvements, including streets, water system facilities, sanitary <br /> <br />sewers and ~torm drainage facilities for Redwood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64, relat~ng to Dolphin Subdivision <br /> <br />No. Ii and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same. and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />call for bids for the construction of said improvements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "Redwood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64, City of Redwood City, California, <br /> <br />Job Ti tIe: Dolphin Subdivision No. 1" -and those certain speci- <br /> <br />fications entitled "I;>ocuments and Spe'cificatfons, Dolphin Sub- <br /> <br />division No. 1 Improvements for Redwood City General Improvement <br /> <br />District No. 1-64," 'prepared by Daniel, Mann, .Johnson, & Mendenhall, <br /> <br />and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the construction of the above mentioned <br /> <br />~ublic improvements, in accordance with the plans arid specifications <br /> <br /> <br />therefor, said advertisement to be in the fOrm of. that certain <br /> <br />"Notice to Contractors" set forth in the ~b6ve mentioned speci- <br /> <br />~ fications. <br /> <br />;. ...: <br /> <br />*. * * <br /> <br />r- <br />
