S90fl <br /> <br />FiJJ J '1 le <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FITTINGS, <br />BRASS, AWWA, FOR THE PERIOD MARCH 16, 1969, THROUGH <br />JUNE 30, 1970; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for "Fittings, Brass, AWWA," to be used by the <br /> <br />Water Department for municipal purposes for the period March 16, <br /> <br />~969, through June 30, 1970: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office of <br /> <br />the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />consisting of notice of sealed bids, instructions to bidders and <br /> <br />general conditions and agreement, for the furnishing of "Fittings, <br /> <br />Brass, AWWA," to be used by the Water Department for municipal <br /> <br />purposes for the period March 16, 1969, through June 30, 1970, <br /> <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for Qids for the furnishing of said equipment designated <br /> <br />in the aforementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
