CITY OF REDWOOD CITY OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED I\S tI FE8 1 '1' '6'9 '. ~~f"""" HAMIln'ON W'A.V ANNFXiVPTnN HAS NOT BEEN- HADE BY O~'1NERS OF ONE-H)\LF OF THE VALUE OF PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHIN SUCH' TERRITORY AS SHOWN BY THE LAST EQUALIZED ASSESSMENT ROLL, NOR BY THE OvffiERS OF ONE- HALF OF THE VALUE OF PUBLICLY O\~ED PROPERTY WITHIN SAID TERRITORY AS DETE&~INED BY SAID COUNCIL II BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CIrrY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOvlS: WHEREAS, on the 6th day of Januarv , 19~, the Council of the City of Redwood City adopted,Resolution No. 5872 giving notice of, and declaring its intention to, initiate upon its own motion the annexation to the City of Redwood City of that certain territory designated as" Hamilton Way Annexation It; and WHEREAS, this Council has, received evidence showing, and finds, that the proposal to annex said territory, with descrip- .tl tion, was filed with the Local Agency Form~tion Commission and that said commission has prepared or caused to be prepared a report on said annexation, and that said commission has approved the annexation and its bounda~ies as required by law; and ~lliEREAS, this Council has further received evidence .sho\ving, and finds: (1) That said territory is situate immediately adjacent to and touches and is contiguous to the boundaries of the City of Redwood City; and (2) That on .January 6 , 19~, this Council did adopt. its Resolution No. 5872 , "entitled "Resolution of the.
