<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES.gw 2/10/69 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. .s~ 0 I <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF SAN MATEO FOR PURPOSES OF <br />OBTAINING A CURRENT SPECIAL POPULATION CENSUS FOR <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />FEe lO 'Ql <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this Council an agree- <br /> <br />ment by and between the City of Redwood City and the County of <br /> <br />San Mateo for the accomplishment of a current special population <br /> <br />census for the City of Redwood City: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that such agreement <br /> <br />be entered into for the purposes of Section 11005.6 of the Revenue <br /> <br />and Taxation Code relating to an estimation of population increase <br /> <br />for disbursement purposes of the motor vehicle license fee fund: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Enumeration <br /> <br />services (County of San Mateo)" by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and the County of San Mateo, a copy of which agreement is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and condi- <br /> <br />tions thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
