S-'Ot;j <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />liE:. cl '''r;) <br /> <br />~. , <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT <br />DOCUMENTS FOR FURNISHING AND INSTALLING NEW LIGHT <br />FIXTURES IN REDWOOD CITY MAIN LIBRARY; AND, <br />AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications and contract documents for furnishing and in- <br /> <br />stalling new light fixtures in the Redwood City Main Library; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the above mentioned <br /> <br />specifications and contract documents and desires to signify <br /> <br />its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to advertise <br /> <br />for the furnishing arid installation of said light fixtures; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE ; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications and contract documents <br /> <br />calling for the furnishing and installation of new light fixtures <br /> <br />in the Redwood City Main Library, copies of which are on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the furnishing and installation of said light <br /> <br />fixtures in accordance with the specifications therefor, said <br /> <br />advertisement to be in the form of that certain "Notice Of <br /> <br />Sealed Bids" set forth in the abovementioned contract documents. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
