S'SJ CJ 9 <br /> <br />REE.OLUT.!ON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR WAREHOUSE <br />STEEL EQUIPMENT; AND, AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for warehouse steel equipment to be used for <br /> <br />municipal purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RED\";OOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office <br /> <br />of the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />consisting of notice of sealed bids, instructions to bidders, <br /> <br />specifications, bid sheets and agreement, for the furnishing of <br /> <br />warehouse steel equipment to be used for municipal purposes, <br /> <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
