RESOLUTION ,NO. sa," RESOLUTION FIXING MINIMUM WAGE SCALE ORIGIN.4L ,- BEL AIR WAY IMPROVEMENTS Ff810 1!9 WHEREAS, the City Engineer of Redwood City has ascertained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which said public work is proposed to be performed for work of a similar character to that described in Resolution of Intention No. 5895 , adopted February 10, 1969, by the Council of Redwood City; and, WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wages is set forth and con- tained in the specifications for said project, copies of which are on file in the office of said Engineer and also in the office of the Clerk of said City; and, WHEREAS, the Council of Redwood City has duly considered said scale and finds the same to be correct in all particulars; NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of Redwood City resolves as fol- lows: 1.
